At the time of this review I have been without heat for over 3 weeks. The lowest temp during this time has been 29 degrees. When asked, the Office MGR said that there was nothing that he could do for me. After a few other discussions, we are now waiting for a new heating system, and have been doing so for the past 4 days. I would suspect that this would be a customer service issue. Oh wait, I'm a leasee not a customer. . . .
